In a move that further demonstrates veganism is going mainstream, Live Nation, the world’s leading live entertainment company, has teamed up with GRAMMY® Award–winning musician, Questlove, to introduce “Questlove’s Cheesesteak” in 40 of its North American venues.
The sandwich, which is a plant-based twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak, is made with Impossible 2.0 “meat,” made famous by the Impossible Burger.
“Questlove’s Cheesesteak” joins the Live Nation menu as the latest action from the company to cement their dedication to “responsible food sourcing and curating a more climate-friendly menu.”
Questlove, who’s the drummer and joint frontman for The Roots, became a fan of the Impossible Burger in 2015.
Two years later he decided to invest in Impossible Foods after learning more about the company and resonating with their ambitious goal to help reduce the impact of animal agriculture on the environment by creating a tasty and sustainable meat alternative.
