SHA exclusivitea
Ingredients
15 g kukicha tea
1 sprig rosemary
1 orange
Water
Directions
Boil the kukicha tea in a small pot with
a cup and a half of water, let boil for 3
minutes over low heat and then remove
from heat. Add the rosemary and cover,
let steep for 5 minutes and then chill.
Cut the orange into thin slices.
SERVING THE COCKTAIL
Serve the tea in a cocktail glass and add the orange slices. Garnish with a small sprig of rosemary.
