Project Pollo has become the fast-growing vegan chains, starting in the midst of the pandemic- September 2020, celebrates their 1 year of ruffling fast-food feathers this Saturday, September 18th, 2021!
To celebrate, they will be popping up at they original food truck location in San Antonio,TX at Road Map Brewing, serving free sandwiches made with their house breaded crispy Chikn’ topped with house-made aioli and dill pickles from noon to 3 p.m. Project Pollo will also be doing a special 2 double cheeseburgers at $9.18 (in honor of the day) and to celebrate National Cheeseburger Day the vegan way! 🍔🍔
Project Pollo will be continuing their expansion with 12 locations by the end of this year. Along with their existing 5 locations in San Antonio, 2 locations in Austin, Houston, and Katy, Project Pollo will be opening in Dallas, Corpus Christi and many more!
Lucas Bradbury, Founder and CEO, plans to drive Chick-fil-A out of business within the next two decades. After we tried their scratch-made vegan sandwiches, wraps, and milkshakes, we’re convinced it will be sooner than that!
