Q: What are your favorite Justin’s products?
A: I keep the Dark Chocolate Almond Butter Cups on hand for those late afternoon slumps when I need to keep powering through on work until it’s time to get the kids. They are the perfect ratio of rich organic dark chocolate to tasty organic almond butter and they’re so satisfying. We also love Justin’s Classic Peanut Butter. With three kids in the house, you better believe we go through a ton of peanut butter, and this one is awesome because it’s delicious and made with just two ingredients.

Q: Do you have any go-to recipes that you use for the holidays that include Justin’s that we can share with our readers?
A: I am obsessed with the combination of peppermint and chocolate. It’s a flavor pairing that really wakes up your tastebuds and for me, helps me get into the holiday spirit. Since overnight oats are a staple in our house, I created a Peppermint Mocha version for the holidays. The oats are combined with cocoa powder and topped with cacao nibs.
Once they’ve been in the fridge for a few hours, I open the jars and top each with crushed peppermint candy and chopped Justin’s Dark Chocolate Almond Butter Cups. So amazing and so perfect for the holidays!
