Driven by his mission to deliver delicious, alcohol-free brews to the masses, Ted Fleming founded Partake Brewing in 2017. Despite the skeptics and naysayers in the industry, Fleming stayed dedicated to his cause. As a result of this commitment, Partake Brewing has received several accolades since its inception, including the “World’s Best” award in the non-alcoholic category at the World Beer Awards.
When Fleming was confronted with Crohn’s Disease in 2005, he decided to leave alcohol consumption behind. However, as an ardent connoisseur of craft beers and one who cherished cracking a cold one with family and friends, he missed the social connection associated with beer. The limited variety of non-alcoholic beers on the market did not make the cut. Nor did their taste entice Fleming to make due with what was available. This gaping void was the perfect opportunity for Fleming to hone in on his craft beer expertise and deliver non-alcoholic beer that checks off on taste and variety! Current offerings include-
Pale (10 calories, 0g carbs) – With a medium bitterness balanced by a caramel malt sweetness and perfumey, tropical aromatics.
IPA (10 calories, 2g carbs) – Balances citrusy hops with a sweet malt backbone. Its light and bubbly body and dry finish make it an all-day sipper.
Blonde (15 calories, 3g carbs) – Golden, bubbly, and easy-drinking, this malt-forward ale has a fuller body and balanced flavor profile.
Red (25 calories, 3g carbs) – Crafted with 5 malts, Partake Red is smooth and soft with ribbons of caramel malt and toast.
Dark (30 calories, 8g carbs) – Pouring a deep brown with warm, walnut highlights topped by a tall, tan cap of foam, the medium-light, bubbly body boasts notes of coffee, smoke, and a long, dry cacao-nib note in the finish.
