ANAHEIM, Calif. – March 9, 2023 — Daring Foods, the leading Plant Chicken brand with a short, simple ingredient list, and perfectly chicken-like flavor and texture is excited to announce its expanding its business into a whole new category of Frozen Prepared Entrées at Expo West, kicking off tomorrow, March 8. These new, soon to be released products – Daring Plant Chicken Teriyaki Bowls, Fajita Bowls, Penne Primavera Pasta Bowls and Autumn Harvest Bowls, demonstrate the company’s rapid growth and allows Daring to expand into a new category as it evolves from its Plant Chicken Pieces. Continuing to innovate the current line of products, the brand will also be debuting its latest Plant Chicken Pieces in Teriyaki, which launched this past January, as well as Buffalo Plant Chicken Wings, which are launching this May. Daring will be serving up a full, complimentary menu (included below) of these delicious new meals in their Booth #N2052 (North Hall) and the Daring Food Truck, which will be parked right outside the Expo, in between the two halls. Additionally, Daring’s Plant Chicken will be featured in the Blackbird Foods Booth #5357, as they’ll be sampling a new spicy collaboration: Buffalo Plant Chicken Pizza, which is planned to be released in April this year.
