Forager Project, maker of organic, plant-based yogurts and milk, and NYC-based Sol Sips, the buzzing vegan cafe run by Francesca Chaney, have partnered together to make plant-based foods more accessible in NYC this summer.
Starting August 26th, Sol Sips will be offering a limited-edition Nacho Average Nachos plate, Francesca’s healthier take on the indulgent classic, made with tortilla chips, refried beans, pico de gallo and a coconut-based cheese. Forager Project’s creamy and tangy plant-based sour cream will top off the dish, and for every plate sold, $5 will be donated to Hands4Hope, an organization close to Francesca’s heart that provides support for at-risk youths from low-income and minority households by providing after-school programs, including cooking and nutrition tutorials.
Sol Sips will also be offering free Forager Project cashew milk yogurts for consumers throughout the month who are interested in experiencing the deliciousness of plant-based foods (while supplies last).
The limited-edition Nacho Average Nacho plate will be available from August 26th through Sept 26th.
