As you may already know, Purple Carrot is a subscription-based meal delivery service that offers a wide range of 100% plant-based foods for subscribers to enjoy. Now, subscribers of Purple Carrot will be able to enjoy even more options, thanks to a recent partnership with Greenleaf Foods.
Recently, Purple Carrot secured a distribution partnership deal with Greenleaf Foods to bring more options to subscribers. Purple Carrot subscribers in the U.S. can now enjoy foods from Greenleaf’s flagship brands: Lightlife and Field Roast. Furthermore, Field Roast is now Purple Carrot’s sole provider of plant-based sausage for 2020 and until further notice.
“There is such a strong interest in incorporating plant-based foods, but most people remain unsure how to approach this new way of eating,” Founder of Purple Carrot Andy Levitt said. “No matter where consumers are on their plant-based journey, Purple Carrot’s partnership with Lightlife and Field Roast offers plant-based protein options that are familiar and flavorful, making it easy to choose plant-based.”
The Lightlife and Field Roast products will be available as part of a complete recipe kit. Rather than coming ready-to-eat, Purple Carrot sends subscribers the ingredients to cook specific recipes. However, Purple Carrot subscribers will periodically be sent free samples of brand new Lightlife and Field Roast offerings.

Purple Carrot will introduce a healthy and delicious set of recipes throughout this year, including Field Roast Smoked Apple Sage Sausage Skillet with Farro & Spinach, Italian Cannellini Bean Stew with Mustard Greens & Parmesan, and much more.
