The Texas staple will open new locations in Round Rock, Dallas, and Houston, promoting expansive growth across staff, menus and programming
JuiceLand, a plant-based juice, smoothie and wellness company, announced three new locations coming to Round Rock, Dallas and Houston, Texas. With each opening this fall, JuiceLand will boast 35 stores and more than 150 employees across the brand’s home state, showcasing accelerated and expansive growth since its founding in 2011.
“I am immensely proud of where JuiceLand is today,” said Matt Shook, founder and CEO of JuiceLand. “With this increase in locations, staff, menu and programming, we’re able to provide even more joy to our communities and help make growing their plant base an even tastier endeavor. We’re able to expand throughout Texas, thanks to the loyalty of our guests.”
JuiceLand Round Rock is the newest Austin location, near a favorite JuiceLand neighbor, Black Swan Yoga. The new Dallas shop will be located in Uptown on McKinney Ave., and the Houston location will be in Uptown Park, just walking distance from Memorial Park. While no two JuiceLand locations look exactly the same, guests can expect to see the shop’s bright colors, quirky aesthetic and a welcoming atmosphere the brand is most famous for. All three locations are expected to open by November 2021, and will provide nearly 50 new employment opportunities across the three cities.
In addition, the brand is adding new menu items and retail offerings this fall including a blue mint chip smoothie with vegan collagen builder, a golden turmeric milkshake featuring cold brew coffee and a jerk-seasoned sweet potato grain bowl. With a dynamic menu featuring all plant-based products, JuiceLand is proudly expanding its Feel Good Do Good program, which uses 50 percent of the proceeds earned from its rotating seasonal special to benefit local causes. Beginning in October, organizations benefiting from the program will include DAWA Heals in Austin and the Refugee Services of Texas in Dallas and Houston. Since 2014, JuiceLand’s Feel Good Do Good program has benefited more than 25 Texas-based nonprofit organizations, donating a total of $101,000 and counting.
JuiceLand’s impressive growth comes off the momentum of hiring its newly appointed Chief People Officer, Angela Shaw. With Matt Shook at the helm, she joins JuiceLand’s all-female expert executive team in leading the brand forward amid a challenging pandemic atmosphere. Champions for diversity, sustainability and holistic health, their continued efforts to bolster a positive atmosphere have proven successful for staff and guests alike.
