215 Hackney, a restaurant serving Middle Eastern all-day brunch with an East London twist, is launching three dishes for Veganuary, available for takeaway and on Deliveroo.
The menu is on offer at 25% off during lockdown and 20% of all profits go to War Child. The mouthwatering Veganuary dishes include:
Jerusalem Brunch Platter: Homemade hummus, babaganoush, organic tahini sauce, nocellara olives, organic walnut dak dak salad, homemade pitta, scrambled turmeric tofu with zaatar and dukkah (£11)
Hackney Vegan Feast Platter: A British fry up with a Middle Eastern twist featuring vegan sausage, scrambled tofu with turmeric and Aleppo chilli, house-made aubergine shakshuka, baked beans, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, fresh sourdough bread and amba sauce (tangy Middle Eastern pickle) on the side (£12)
Hackney Vegan Sabih: Traditional Israeli sandwich with shakshuka style veg and aubergine topped with sundried tomatoes, house-made pickle and tahini paste inside fluffy pitta bread (£9)
Cemal Polat, owner of 215 Hackney says, “We want to show people that brunch can still be exciting this Veganuary and there is no need to compromise on taste with the plant-based versions of some of our most popular brunch dishes, which are filled with delicious Middle Eastern flavours.”
Inspired by Tel-Aviv street food, Palestinian breakfasts, Lebanese breads, and Syrian platters, 215 Hackney celebrates Middle Eastern Cuisine with its true colours and flavours.
The Jerusalem Brunch Platter, Hackney Vegan Feast Platter, and Hackney Vegan Sabih are available now for takeaway and on Deliveroo with all food 25% off during Veganuary at 215 Stoke Newington High Street, Hackney, London N16 0LH.
