The eco-friendly, palm oil-free, plant-based brand is releasing several new products this fall, perfect for inclusion in holiday recipes.
The new products include:
- A spray bottle cooking oil in both plain and umami flavors (coming this October). A liquid version will follow in November.
- Two new creamer flavors, cinnamon and chai! Also coming in October, these are ideal for the holiday season, and perfect for including in delicious recipes, too.
Why Milkadamia is one of our favorites:
- It’s the only brand that makes non-dairy milks, creamers and a palm oil-free buttery spread from raw macadamia nuts —a nut that uses far less resources than many other common varieties (like almonds).
- Ethically driven, the company is committed to sustainable farming techniques including regenerative agriculture, which can help to reverse climate change.
- They’ve taken a strong stance against destructive palm oil and frequently speak out about the issue.
- Macadamias are also rich in healthy omegas, and milkadamia’s products are all free from dairy, soy, gluten, and GMOs.
- CEO Jim Richards is seen as an expert in the sustainable farming space, and he’s been featured in Forbes, Whole Foods Magazine, BBC World Service and many other outlets.
The two creamers, Chai and Cinnamon, will debut in early October, on Amazon. Keto-friendly Unsweetened Latte da is the same plus it will launch for foodservice early October as well. It should be the same time period for the cooking oils, which will come in both liquid and spray versions.
Milkadamia’s regular cooking oil plus a Umami cooking oil, which is the perfect complement when cooking plant-based meats, will be keto-friendly. It will have the lowest percentage of inflammatory Omega-6 of any nut or seed oil. We can’t wait to use it to cook all of our fall favorites!
