Women vegans will gather in San Francisco on February 1 for an exciting — and first-ever — event that spotlights their leaders, their achievements, and their hopes for an increasingly plant-based future.
The full-day Vegan Women Summit will take place at WeWork Waterfront Plaza and feature leading vegan CEOs, athletes, venture capitalists, artists, and nonprofit leaders, including the following (and many more) vegan women achievers:
According to the summit’s press release, the event will “delve into the unique experiences faced by women in their fields, how they have overcome adversity, and how their vegan identity is brought to their craft.”
Also to be featured: the Compassionate Marketplace, an exhibition by the featured speakers that will include free sampling of their vegan products as well as a catered lunch from Vegan Picnic.
Women Summit founder Jennifer Stojkovic relates, “As a vegan leader in the tech industry, I’ve been fortunate to meet countless vegan women excelling across the world, ranging from CEOs and Olympians to celebrities and activists, and have often wondered how we can better galvanize our movement to empower more compassionate professionals.
“I am excited to celebrate the many achievements of our leading vegan changemakers, inspire rising and future leaders, and launch the beginning of a global movement for vegan women everywhere.”
