Dallas Digital Food Hall, oomi Kitchen, to Offer Earth Burger’s Plant-Based Menu Options
oomi Digital Kitchen will offer plant-based burgers from Earth Burger starting on Tuesday, January 17, 2023. oomi will be the first restaurant outside of South Central Texas to offer diners dishes from Earth Burger, a Texas-based restaurant touted as the first-ever plant-based fast food restaurant in the United States.
Known for its burgers made with plant-based patties and chik-n® and “fishless” filets, Earth Burger’s offerings will expand oomi’s already diverse menu. oomi will give the same attention to detail to Earth Burger as it has given to its other partner and in-house brands, including the complete separation of ingredients—from storage to preparation and cooking—to ensure that there is no cross-contamination with its non-vegan/vegetarian items. The menu expansion will allow diners of all kinds to enjoy pickup or delivery from the new concept just outside of Downtown Dallas.
As an integral part of the progress of the booming plant-based food industry, Earth Burger announced in October 2022 that they planned to “change the future of fast food,” and oomi is proud to be a part of that movement. oomi co-founder Markus Pineyro said about the new partnership that “oomi nation has been asking for plant-based offerings, so it was only natural for us to look for the best plant-based burger concept in Texas! We are extremely excited about this partnership and can’t wait for Dallas to try them!”
The award-winning chef behind the concept, Chef Mike Behrend, said, “You’re not settling for an average bland fast food meal at Earth Burger. Our completely meatless menu features bold recipes and sauces we create in house, bringing out the best flavor in our dishes. We want to provide a really delicious meal that just happens to be plant-based.”
Dallasites can learn more about Earth Burger at www.earthburger.com and order at www.oomikitchen.com starting at 11am on January 17.
