On April 22, the world’s first 100% plant-based pork product, OmniPork, will launch to select food service partners with a national retail/food service launch slated for this summer. The sustainable products will be featured in a variety of creative, globally inspired dishes developed by top chefs in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Honolulu just in time for Earth Day.
