Classic Guacamole
Yield: 2 servings
Ingredients
- 1 Ripe Avocado
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh Cilantro, chopped
- ¼ Tsp of Garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Red Onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp. Tomato, diced
- Juice of 1/2 Lime
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Directions
- Mash the avocado using the back of a fork or pestle and mortar.
- Add 1 ½ tbsp. of cilantro, all of the minced garlic, and all of the red onion. Stir until combined.
- Add diced tomato and lime. Stir.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and stir.
- Finish with garnishing of remaining Cilantro.
- Serve with tortilla chips or raw vegetables.
