Grapefruit Spritzer

Ingredients
Rosemary Agave Recipe:
- 1/2 Bunch of Rosemary Sprigs
- 1 cup of Agave
- 1 cup of Filtered Water
For the Grapefruit Spritzer:
- 4 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 1/2 oz Rosemary Agave
- 3 oz Mineral Water
- Rosemary Sprig for Garnish
- Ice
Directions
For the Rosemary Agave:
- In a medium saucepan, combine rosemary, agave, and water.
- Stir frequently over medium heat for 5-minutes.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes, remove from heat, and steep for 10 minutes.
- Pour the cooled agave through a fine-mesh strainer into a glass bottle or jar and tightly seal, discard rosemary.
For the Grapefruit Spritzer:
- Place grapefruit juice, rosemary agave, and a small scoop of ice in a shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Use a strainer and pour the liquid into a glass, add 3oz of mineral water, top with a couple of ice cubes, and garnish with a small sprig of rosemary.
