Ingredients
1 small seedless watermelon
1 lime
1⁄4 cup mint leaves, torn
1 pineapple
4 peaches
Sea salt to taste
Directions
Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Cut the watermelon and pineapple into wedges.
Half the peaches, remove pits and cut into wedges.
Grill the fruit 3 – 4 minutes on each side to get grill marks.
Place the fruit onto a platter, sprinkle lightly with sea salt and squeeze the lime juice over the fruit.
Garnish with the torn mint leaves.
