Red, White, and Blue Vegan Charcuterie Board
Ingredients
1 bag Que Past Liberty Chips
1/2 cup quartered strawberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup blackberries
1 cup raspberries
8 chocolate sandwich cookies
1 pear apple
1/2 cup red candy
1/2 cup shaved almonds
1 cup vegan white chocolate
1/2 cup coconut cream
2 tbsp icing sugar
1/2 tsp blue spirulina
Directions
1. First, prepare your blue cream and white chocolate ganache. In a bowl, place 1/4 cup coconut cream, blue spiralina icing sugar. Whisk until thick.
2. In a separate heatproof bowl, place 1/4 cup of coconut cream and warm in the microwave for 45 seconds. Place 1/2 cup of white chocolate in the warm cream and stir until fully combined.
3. Pour the dips into separate bowls. Set aside.
4. Collect the remaining ingredients and use your artistic flair to create a beautiful board!
