Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, in jar with no oil
- 2 Tbsp tahini
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 Tbsp parsley, fresh or dried
- 1 15oz. can low sodium garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup celery, sliced into sticks
- 1/4 cup carrots, sliced into sticks
Directions
- Gather ingredients.
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Using a spatula, scrape all the hummus out of the food processor bowl and place in a bowl.
- Slice fresh vegetables and place in a circle around the bowl. Enjoy
