Spring Cheer Smoothie Bowl (Kapha)

Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 handful spinach
- ½ cup steamed cauliflower florets or frozen cauliflower, thawed
- handful of spinach
- 1–2 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk
- 1 scoop plant-based protein powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon fresh grated ginger
Optional: 4 drops liquid monk-fruit sweetener or 1 pitted date, to sweeten
Toppings: chia seeds, fresh blueberries
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and top with chia seeds and blueberries.
