Mamma Dough, the independent South London sourdough pizza restaurant group, has teamed up with CRAVE, the indulgent vegan and free-from snack brand, to launch the UK’s first vegan rocky road pizza to celebrate World Chocolate Day on 7 July.
The mouthwatering limited-edition pizza is what sweet dreams are made of: it features CRAVE’s Rocky Road bar made up of rice milk chocolate, gooey marshmallows, chewy raisins and crunchy biscuit crumbs melted onto a sourdough pizza base.
Jake Harrison, Founder of Mamma Dough commented, “We wanted to celebrate World Chocolate Day by creating a seriously decadent treat for all our customers to enjoy, that also happens to be a UK first. At Mamma Dough great quality, taste and flavour runs through the core of everything we do, it’s so great to be able to launch this fun, free-from and truly indulgent offering in partnership with CRAVE.”
Robert Brice, Founder of CRAVE, says: “Our partnership with Mamma Dough to create the UK’s first vegan rocky road pizza is a chocolate lover’s dream that can be enjoyed whether you’re plant-based or not. Our Rocky Road bar melts perfectly onto Mamma Dough’s delicious sourdough pizza base to create an indulgent limited edition chocolate treat not to be missed.“
