Are you planning a trip to the happiest place on earth but wondering about plant-based options available at a theme park? There are a ton, so read on!
Even though Disney World boasts some decidedly non-vegan snacks, there are plenty of plant-based choices, too! Here is your guide to a vegan Disney World vacation.
Magic Kingdom

You can start your day with a coffee at Main Street Bakery (with a Starbucks inside). They have non-dairy milk available to wake you up if you find yourself at the park right after opening.
For lunch, you can enjoy a vegan pizza at Pinocchio Village Haus in Fantasyland or head over to Cosmic Ray’s in Tomorrowland for an Impossible burger.
If you’re looking for a sit-down location, the newer Jungle Skipper Canteen in Adventureland has Perkins Thai noodles, as well as a curried vegetable crew stew.
For Italian, Tony’s Town Square on Main Street has spaghetti and mushroom meatballs. Luckily, the incredible Dole Whip at Aloha Isle in Adventureland is also dairy-free!
Epcot

There’s another Starbucks here at the Traveler’s Café in World Showcase, or for a sweeter breakfast, head to L’Artisan des Glaces in France for a waffle cone with fruit sorbet.
Your quick lunch options in Epcot include a plant-based BBQ jackfruit burger at the Regal Eagle Smokehouse in America or vegan fish and chips from the Rose & Crown Pub in the UK.
When dinner time rolls around, take a load off at La Hacienda de San Angel in Mexico and enjoy their veggie tacos or veggie enchiladas without cheese on either. You can also enjoy potato wedges, sauteed veggies, sauerkraut, Beyond sausages, and beefless tips at Biergarten in Germany.
Hollywood Studios

It’s time to bring up the third Starbucks in the Trolley Car Café on Hollywood Boulevard.
Here, quick service could look like a Felucian Kefta and Hummus Garden Spread at Docking Bay 7 or a Toasted “Lobster” Roll at Rosie’s All-American Café on Sunset Boulevard.
Head to the Sci-Fi Dine-In Theatre on Commissary Lane for a Flying Saucer Impossible Burger and some vegan milkshakes for dinner. You can also consider a wild mushroom risotto at the Hollywood Brown Derby on Hollywood Boulevard.
Animal Kingdom

Finally, a park without a Starb– Oh, wait. There’s one on Discovery Island at Creature Comforts. It looks like you can get your morning cup of Joe anywhere in Disney!
You have a few lunch options at Animal Kingdom, such as the Flame Tree Barbecue’s Hot Link Smokehouse Sandwich and a chili-spiced crispy fried tofu bowl at Satu’li Canteen in Pandora.
Table-service-wise, the Yak and Yeti restaurant in Asia has a great vegetable lo mein with tofu (you can substitute the oyster sauce with rice noodles and soy sauce).
Health and Wellness

Aside from eating vegan, think about other ways to stay healthy while on vacation. Ensure you get enough sleep, and make it a priority to stay hydrated in that Florida heat.
With so many choices at each park, you can eat plant-based with no trouble at all. Keep this guide in mind when planning your next vegan Disney World vacation!
